Bartender Season 2026 (m/f) – Susafa, Food & Beverage, Polizzi Generosa, Italy

For the 2026 season (May–October), we are looking for a Bartender (m/f) to join our team.

The position

• Provide warm, personalized service and expert guidance to guests at the bar
• Ensure impeccable service in line with property standards and SLH guidelines
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and contemporary cocktails and coffee specialties
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area and equipment
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional manner
• Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure a smooth and high-quality guest experience
• Support and assist in onboarding new team members

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in 4* or 5* hotels or high-end restaurants
• Good knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong guest focus
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Flexibility, organization, and ability to work under pressure
• Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
