Chef Pâtissier

We require:

• Documented experience in "fine dining" catering in facilities of the same or higher category and/or starred restaurants

• Experience in banqueting services

• Serious knowledge of HACCP hygiene and health regulations.

In addition to the professional culture and passion, the profile is completed with the ability to interact in proactive and creative terms with a young and dynamic team to achieve ambitious goals.
