About the role
Join Starhotels and become part of the Sales Team of our Hotel d’Inghilterra, in the heart of Rome.
As a Sales Manager your mission is to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities for our property.Your responsibilities include:
- Analysing local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads and to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business.
- Developing and implementing a strategic plan to increase sales and incremental business.
- Assisting the other departments of the Hotel in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term and value-based customer relationships to meet the set expectations.
- Supporting the Event Departments identifying possible sales opportunities and attending to events when requested.
- Assuring proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery in order to identify and address possible areas of improvement.
- Coordinating with the Head Office Sales team.
- Ensuring that Starhotels sales policies and procedures and SOPs are adhered to at all times.
