The candidate must be:

• A holder of a University Degree in Hotel Management.
• Have at least five years’ experience in the luxury Hotel/Resort sector at Departmental level
• Or at least three years at Departmental level plus two years at operational level or executive management level
• Or at least three years luxury Hotel/Resort experience in the position of General Manager
• F&B Background is considered an advantage.
• Rooms division background is a MUST
• Experienced in a managerial position with an international Hotel/Resort and a proven track record in guest satisfaction is considered an advantage.
• Energetic, creative, and passionate about guest satisfaction
• Outstanding with guest skills
• An excellent planner and good at logistics
• From the ground up
• A solid all-rounder, with good knowledge
• Mentor and Coach for the team
• Dedicated to existing in harmony with the environment and surroundings.

This position shall be reporting directly to the Director of Columbia Hotels & Resorts Ltd with responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the hotel operation of Columbia Beach Resort, Pissouri Bay, Limassol. The candidate MUST be a hands-on individual with a very strong background and good understanding of the Rooms division as a previous Executive Assistant Manager or Resident Manager looking for their next career move.
