Your Role:

As a Breakfast Chef you will be responsible for running the full breakfast service. Working from 7am - 3pm, 5 days per week, you will be responsible for producing the best quality breakfasts for all our guests and non-resident bookings.

You will:

• Provide a full a la carte breakfast, alongside a continental offering for up to 70 guests each day.
• Solely responsible for all mis en place required for the breakfast service each day.
• Ensuring that every dish served is of the highest quality.

We Ask of You:

• Can demonstrate an awareness of the importance of minimising wastage
• Can demonstrate a clear passion and interest in food
• Can demonstrate experience of ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen
• Good awareness of Health & Safety in the workplace.
• Previous experience of working within a Kitchen of a 4- or 5-star hotel
• Food Hygiene Certificate
