Reservations Agent, Reception & Concierge, Mykonos, Greece

Panoptis Escape is currently looking for a dedicated Reservation Agent to become an integral part of our team.

This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests from the moment they plan their visit.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus.

Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Familiarity with reservation software and proficient in MS Office applications

Ability to work under pressure, handle stressful situations, and adapt to changing environments

Detail-oriented with a passion for providing guests with an exceptional booking experience

A team player with a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

Manage reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms, providing prompt and courteous service.

Collaborate with the front office and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations with attention to detail.

Offer personalized service by understanding guest preferences and requirements.

Contribute to achieving the company's financial goals by optimizing booking strategies and occupancy rates.
